Minesota will soon have no money to hire trappers to take care of 'problem' wolves. Congress has decided to cut the spending of some $500 000 dollars of tax payers money to assist farmers to look after their stock. many believe that farmers must bear their own cost like every other business venture by taking insurance on stock losses.
The money will probably run out by mid July this year.
